Return & Exchange

GroomCosmic allows returns or exchanges within 7 working days of receiving an order in the following cases:

The product received is damaged.
The product received is defective.
The product received is incorrect or different from the ordered product.

In such cases, customers must contact GroomCosmic and provide clear pictures or videos of the product so that our team can review the issue.

Customers may also request a return within 7 working days if they have changed their mind or do not like the product. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the return delivery charges, and a small percentage may be deducted from the refund depending on the product type and condition.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by the GroomCosmic team.

Once the return has been approved, the refund will be issued to the customer's bank account or mobile wallet, according to the customer's preference.

The refund amount may be adjusted according to the applicable return delivery charges and any deduction based on the product type and condition.

Free Delivery

Free Delivery on Orders Above Rs. 4,500

Customers can enjoy free delivery on qualifying orders placed through GroomCosmic.

Advance Payment

All orders above Rs. 8,000 require a minimum 30% advance payment to confirm and process the order.

The remaining amount can be paid according to the payment method available for the order.

Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination city:

Karachi: 1–2 working days
Hyderabad to Multan: 3–4 working days
Islamabad, Lahore & other cities: 4–5 working days

Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Important Note

Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

Customers should inspect their order upon delivery and contact GroomCosmic as soon as possible if there is any issue with the received product.
