Return, Exchange & Refund Policy – GroomCosmic

Return & Exchange

We allow return or exchange within 7 working days in case the product received is damaged, defective or incorrect. In such a case, the customer must contact us with clear pictures or videos of the product.

If a customer wants to return the product just because they changed their mind or did not like it, the return is still possible within 7 working days. However, the delivery charges will be paid by the customer and a small percentage will be deducted from the refund depending on the product type and condition.

Refund Process

Refunds are only processed after the returned product is received and checked by our team. The refund will be made to the customer's bank account or mobile wallet as per their choice.
